High West Bourye (2025 Release)
High West's 2025 Bourye release features a mix of straight rye and straight bourbon whiskeys aged a minimum of 10 years. The rye portion is as follows: an MGP rye (95% rye, 5% barley malt) and a High West Distillery rye (80% rye, 20% malted rye). The bourbon portion: two straight high-rye bourbon whiskeys from MGP and a Kentucky straight bourbon (78% corn, 10% rye, 12% malted barley). It's bottled without chill-filtration at 46% ABV. Bernheim Barrel Proof Wheat Whiskey A225
A224 is the first batch for Bernheim Barrel Proof Wheat Whiskey, an allocated product released in batches twice a year. Like the Original expression it is made with a mash bill of 51% wheat, 37% corn, and 12% malted barley and the age will range from 7-9 years. It's bottled at a barrel proof of 125.4 proof (62.8% ABV). Availability for Batch A225 begins in late February 2025 at select retailers. (SRP $66.99)

Appleton Estate 12 Year Rare Casks
Appleton Estate 12 Year Rare Casks is a blended rum made of both column and pot still rums blended by Joy Spence, the brand's master blender. The rums were aged for a minimum of 12 years in American oak in the tropical climate of Jamaica. It's bottled at 86 proof. Note: This rum was previously known as Rare Blend 12 Year, but the bottle packaging and name have been updated.
